Corals online uk

Corals online UK website is the offering from one of the most well known bookmakers around. Coral have been in business since they were established back in 1926, so they are one of the oldest bookmakers around too.

The online site was launched in 1997 and has been a favourite of online punters ever since. The main focus on the website is sports betting, with thousands of markets being found on their sportsbook.

There are also sections for Casino, Games, Poker, Vegas, Lotto, Virtuals, Live Casino and more. Whatever you are after as a punter, Coral are likely to have it.

How to claim Coral new customer offer

When you sign up for an account with Coral as a new customer, there is a great welcome offer available. By depositing just £5 and placing your first bet of this amount, the Coral new customer offer will provide you with £20 in free bets.

Before completing this offer, I made sure to check out all the terms and conditions listed on the Coral website. They state that your qualifying deposit and bet of £5 must be placed within the first 14 days of opening the account. There are minimum odds of 1/2 (1.5) placed on the first bet too, so I  found a selection as close to this amount as possible to give myself a better chance of winning.

This first bet can be placed on any sports market on the sportsbook. If you decide to place the first bet on a win or each way selection, only the win portion of the bet with count towards qualification.

When qualifying for the Coral sign up offer,  the free bets are awarded in the form of four £5 free bets instantly after the qualifier has been placed. They will then need to be used within 4 days of being awarded. If not, they expire and the chance to use them is lost completely. High profile football matches offer good value when qualifying and using free bets.

Betting with Coral online in the UK

Betting with Coral online in the UK is a positive experience on the whole. The site is designed very well, with the blue and green colour scheme giving it a sleek look. The tabs at the top of the page show you exactly which section you are on at all times, and offer quick links to the other sections too.

The sportsbook has markets for over 25 sports, which range from popular choices such as football and rugby, to some lower interest sports such as handball and badminton. There are a great number of betting markets available for each sport, so when on the site I had a fantastic list of options on what to place my bet on.

Football betting on the Coral website is particularly extensive, providing thousands of markets on leagues and competitions from around 40 countries worldwide. This is in addition to international football, both friendlies and tournaments. Some of the more popular football markets listed include Match Odds,  Both Teams To Score, Win and Both Teams To Score, Over/Under 2.5 Goals, Under/Over 3.5 Goals, Goals in Both Halves.

Horse racing coverage on the Coral site is comprehensive too, with markets for all UK and Irish race meetings, covering races on the flat, national hunt and all weather tracks. There are also markets for international race meetings from abroad, from places such as South Africa, USA, Australia, Dubai and Hong Kong. Ante Post racing odds are available too, so you can get your early bets on for the big upcoming races.

Tennis markets are extensive all year around, but they are increased for the Grand Slam tournaments, which are; Wimbledon, Australian Open, US Open and French Open.

Cash out is a great feature, which allows ending the bet early. This is particularly useful for accumulators, where I was able to cash out for a profit after a few selections had won.

Coral sign up offer and odds

Where the best odds can be found on the site varies due to a number of factors. The best value can often be found on high profile events, such as Premier League football matches. In my own experience, Coral provide better football odds than some of their competitors.

For example, when placing a bet on Crystal Palace to beat Chelsea in a Premier League match, Coral gave me odds of 11/1 (12.00) while Dafabet listed odds of 10/1 (11.0). Per £10 stake, that’s an extra £1 profit if the bet wins, just by choosing Coral to bet with. Using a free bet from the Coral sign up offer on a long shot like this is worth a look.

Coral offers In-play betting

The in-play betting on the Coral website clearly has an importance to it, as it has its own tab at the top of the page. When clicked into, there are a range of sports listed that have in-play markets available. These include; football, tennis, basketball, golf, cricket, rugby union, badminton, beach volleyball, cycling, handball, ice hockey, snooker and volleyball.

The number of in-play events varies depending on the sport. When I was on the site, there were 152 ongoing football events, 46 ongoing basketball events but only 1 event each for the likes of badminton and beach volleyball.

Football usually has the most markets listed for each event too. In-play Premier League football matches often reach close to 100 in-play markets each, with the exact amount varying. For example, Newcastle v Southampton had 80 markets, while West Brom v Leicester had 92 markets.

The number of tennis markets listed depends on the event. Lower interest events such as the ITF Qatar had 7 markets listed, but there will be far more for the bigger tournaments. When placing in-play bets, be aware that the odds change at a rapid rate due to the nature of in-play betting.

Corals online uk live streaming sports

Live streaming is a huge attraction for the Coral site, and I found that it was an excellent feature. Many great sports are available for live streaming at no additional cost with Coral, such as football, tennis, snooker, rugby, darts, basketball, ice hockey, handball and volleyball. All of those sports can be watched without having to place a bet.

When on the site, I was able to watch football matches from some of Europe’s top leagues such as La Liga and Serie A. I found that this could be done both on a desktop and on a mobile device, meaning I could follow the  sport both at home and on the go.

Horse racing and greyhound racing are both available on a bet and watch service. By placing a bet of at least £1 on a race, I was able to watch it on either a desktop, such as a PC or a mobile device, such as an iPhone.

The live streaming feature is really helpful for placing in play bets too, as if you can see the action, you are more likely to know what would be a wise selection to bet on.

I could easily see which events were available to watch on live streaming, as they have a green and white play button next to them. Live streams start two minutes before the event is due to start.

How to deposit for Coral new customer offer

Placing bets with Coral is not possible unless you are able to deposit funds, so let’s take a look at the different deposit methods I was presented with when I first logged in to the Coral site. As a resident of the UK and Ireland, the deposit methods I’m listing are relevant for residents of those countries only. Other countries may have different methods available.

The easiest and most common form of depositing is via a debit or credit card, such as Visa, Mastercard and Maestro. Other options include; PayPal, Skrill, Skrill 1-Tap, Neteller, Eco and paysafecard. All of these methods credited my betting account with the funds instantly, meaning I could get my bets placed straight away. The funds didn’t show on bank statements until a few days later though, which is something to keep in mind.

The minimum deposit is £5 for most methods, except for PayPal which has a minimum deposit amount of £10 instead. When qualifying for the Coral welcome offer, I decided to deposit with a debit card as it was the easiest way. The terms of the welcome offer also state that any deposits with Moneybookers, Paysafe, Neteller or Skrill will disqualify you from the promotion, meaning I would have missed out on the free bets by using any of these methods.

Withdrawing funds can be done with the same methods. The minimum withdrawal for debit and credit cards is £5 and it will be processed within 2-5 working days.
