2016 Zurich Classic Golf Tip
The Zurich Classic is held at TPC Louisiana. It is one of the easier courses on Tour, playing to 7,425 yards with numerous water hazards, plenty of sand and waste areas. Defending champion Justin Rose shot -22 last year and the winner is likely to a player who keeps out of trouble and makes a heap of birdies. There has been a mixture of long and short hitters winning this event and the course lends itself to first-time winners on Tour. It may the case this week with some of the bigger names either off their game or coming back from a break.

David Hearn 100/1 E/W Paddy Power (7 places)
Hern has a decent record here and, with three top 25s and a progressive 6th place last year, has to be a different wager at tasty odds. He was in good form last week when he posted a tied 13th place at San Antonia. It’s obviously an event which he looks forward to, and has said on twitter how much he loves the course and event. It’s about time the likeable Hearn made some progress and, if he’s not to become a journeyman, this is a good as starting point as any.
