Not at his best when beating only one home in the RSA Chase at the festival won by old rival Blaklion, the Sandy Thomson-trained gelding can prove that run to be all wrong by taking Scotland's premier staying handicap chase at the expense of Royale Knight who should relish the conditions but in receipt of just 7lb from Seeyouatmidnight may have to settle for minor honours.
