Aberdeen will have been disappointed to concede a dubious penalty last time out and Derek McInnes is expected to keep faith with the same lineup here. Graeme Shinnie is on the suspension tightrope and will miss the next game if booked. Adam Rooney will once again spearhead the attack.
Celtic are expected to restore Moussa Dembele to the starting lineup after the in-form striker came off the bench to complete the rout against Ross County. Brendan Rogers made a number of changes for the trip to Dingwall and is set to revert to the side that beat Rangers 0-1 in the cup on their penultimate start.

The Dons are not only firing well but have produced some strong defensive displays, keeping in impressive 6 clean sheets so far this season. That’s not to say they can prevent Celtic from scoring but the visitors will have to work hard to wear them down.
Celtic’s domestic form has been impressive as they have pretty much steamrolled their opposition thus far. Their only wobble in the league came away from home when they drew 2-2 with Inverness Caledonian Thistle. Other than that they have been scoring for fun but Aberdeen will be their toughest test for a while.
Celtic have struggled on recent visits to Pittodrie, losing 2-1 the last twice and only edging the hosts 0-1 the time before that.
