Pablo Zabaleta is pushing for a start at right-back and could come in to replace Facundo Roncaglia. Despite having Carlos Tevenz and Gonzalo Higuain availaable, the front three performed well against Paraguay and are likely to start again here.
With maximum points taken from their opening match against Jamaica, Oscar Tabarez is unllikely to be make any unforced changes for this game. Expect Argentina to do the majority of the pressing but breaking through a stubborn Uruguay defence may not be as easy as they will be hoping for.
