This week’s free golf betting tips for the Memorial Tournament, the US PGA Tour event at Muirfield Village in Ohio and the Nordea Masters, the European Tour event held at Bro Hoff Slott Golf Club near Stockholm.

Nordea Masters Tips

Felipe Aguilar (Top Rest of the World) 9/1 E/W 4 places Paddy Power

A player who has previously shown a distinct liking for this picturesque Bro Hoff Slott Golf Club is the Chilean Felipe Aguilar. In the last two renewals of this event held at this venue, he has posted a Tied 7th place finish in 2012 and a Tied 9th place finish, and he has been quoted as saying he loves playing this layout. The fact he led the Greens in Regulation (GIR) in 2013 shows he can still mix it around here with some of the more powerful hitters, so his accurate tee-to-green game should again hold him in good stead this week.

This likeable character showed his class with the way he handled the media after his unlucky 2nd place finish at the recent Volvo China Open. He has since showed up well for a long way at both the Irish Open and Wentworth last week, and looks worth a bet with Paddy Power.

Peter Hanson (Top 10 market) 3/1 BoyleSports

A player who has been showing signs of returning to his old form is the Swede Peter Hanson, who looks good value in this week’s Top 10 market. The former Ryder Cup player has struggled with both form and injuries over the last couple of seasons, but he has recently started to find his way back onto leaderboards. He finished Tied 6th in the Volvo China Open and contended for much of last week at Wentworth before a disappointing final round on Sunday. This solid ball striker is fancied to go well this week on a track where he posted a Tied 3rd place finish in 2012.

Memorial Tip

Kevin Chappell (Top 20 market) 5/2 Ladbrokes Chappell has been showing up very well this year and has been knocking on the door on many occasions. He came second here in 2013, and I consider him a much better player now. He is a solid iron player and scrambler, and it's only the putter that has stopped him getting over the winning line. Whilst I don't think he will win I think his price is very fair for a top twenty place.
