Hull City take on West Bromwich Albion in the Premier League on Saturday. Read the match predictions to find out why an away win is the betting tip at Hull City Stadium. The Tigers suffered a damaging 3-0 defeat away to Sunderland last weekend while the Baggies romped to a 4-0 triumph over Burnley on Monday night.

Hull City vs West Bromwich Albion Preview

Hull City have 8 players out injured, so Mike Phelan’s options are pretty limited. On a positive note, Adama Diomande returns from suspension this weekend. Robert Snodgrass is leading the club’s scoring charts with 4 goals to his name and will be looking to cut in from the right-wing.

West Brom could have Nacer Chadli and Jonas Olsson fit again for this one but neither are expected to make the starting lineup. Saido Berhaino is still out, so Salomon Rondon will lead the line for the visitors. Tony Pulis is likely to stick to the same side that comfortably beat Burnley.

Hull City vs West Bromwich Albion Prediction

Hull’s position in the table is no surprise given the size of their squad at the start of the season. They looked to have turned a corner when beating a good Southampton side 2-1 but Saturday’s loss on Wearside will be hard to take. The Tigers are just one point from safety going into this match but will need to improve on their last showing.

West Brom turned a few heads when winning in good style on Monday night. The Baggies are now seeking a third consecutive victory that would have them looking up the table instead of over their shoulders. Success here would mark their first back-to-back away wins in the Premier League since September last year.

West Brom don’t tend to travel well but they have lost just once in 4 away games, a gallant 2-1 effort at Liverpool they drew 1-1 at both Stoke and Sunderland before that and will be confident of following up the 1-2 success over Leicester. Hull have lost 4 of their last 5 home matches, failing to score in 3 of those losses and West Brom can edge a win here.
