Reading v Preston – Saturday 30 April

Reading have taken just one point from the last the five games and have been getting progressively worse home results since the New Year. The have won three of ten league games at the Madejski in 2016 and have lost the two most recent, against Birmingham and Hull

Preston have fared little better in terms of points gained over the last five games with two draws and three defeats. But, they put in good displays when losing narrowly at Middlesbrough and then at home to Burnley last weekend. They have won three and drawn one of the last four away games.
