Steven N’Zonzi was sent off for Sevilla in the Europa League tie in Basel on Thursday but it will not impact on the midfielder’s eligibility for La Liga game on Sunday. Benoit Tremoulinas, Sebastian Cristoforo and Michael Krohn-Dehli were rested for last weekend’s draw against Getafe and are set to return to league action this weekend. Unai Emery has no new injury concerns and has Marco Andreolli, Nicolas Pareja and Grzegorz Krychowiak working their way back to fitness.
Villarreal striker Roberto Soldado is suspended. Cedric Bakambu will expect to keep his place in the forward line after scoring both goals in the Europa League victory over Bayer Leverkusen and could be joined by Adrian Lopez who has forced his way into the first team picture after a long lay off.
