Aston Villa vs West Brom Prediction and Preview – 19/09/15
Premier League preview – Aston Villa vs West Brom prediction
The only definite absentee for Aston Villa is Jores Okore, however, Tim Sherwood has a number of other players who remain doubtful for the game. They include Idrissa Gueye, Adama Traore, Carles Gil and Gary Gardner. If possible, Sherwood may opt to make some changes from the team which surrendered a 2 goal lead last week.
Ben Foster remains the only player sure to miss out for West Brom. Jonny Evans picked up a knock against Southampton last week but should be given the all clear. James Morrison will be hoping to get back in the starting XI and it will be interesting to see if Tony Pulis goes for Saido Berahinho or Rickie Lambert up-front.
Possible Line-ups
Aston Villa: 4-2-3-1 formation: Guzan; Bacuna, Richards, Lescott, Amavi; Westwood, Sanchez; Sinclair; Grealish, Gil; Agbonlahor

Prediction
What was looking like an excellent 3 points away at Leicester City last week turned in to a huge disappointment for Aston Villa, as they let a two goal lead slip away. Tim Sherwood will be eager to see a big response from his team as they take on local rivals West Brom. With just one win to their name all season, this has become a very important match for Villa.
West Bromwich Albion have also had a stuttering start to the new Premier League season and come in to the game just 1 point better off than Aston Villa. Similarly to Villa, West Brom have only managed one win from their five matches played in the league but are unbeaten in their last three games in all competitions.
Being a local derby, things are sure to be intense both on and off the pitch. West Brom have tightened things up at the back in recent games and their defence could prove good enough to take at least a point from Villa Park.
