Inter manager Roberto Mancini could be facing a bit of a crisis at the back, with a number of defenders struggling for fitness. Among those who may not make it are Miranda, Nemanja Vidic, Juan Jesus and Jeison Murillo. That could means a central defensive partnership of Andrea Ranocchia and Gary Medel.
If Roberto Mancini thought he had injury problems, it’s nothing compared to that of Verona boss Andrea Mandorlini. At least 6 players are likely to miss out due to injury, including Luca Toni, Rafael, Romulo, Rafael Marquez, Artur Ionita and Emil Hallfredsson. In addition to this, Bosko Jankovic is suspended.

Prediction
It’s been the perfect start to the season for Inter Milan. Roberto Mancini will be delighted that his team are coming in to the 5th game of the Serie A season with a 100% record and it’s been the defence in particular, which has done well. With 3 clean sheets in 4 games, Inter have built a basis on which to go and win games and that’s why a single goal has been enough to win 3 matches this season.
Verona find themselves are the wrong end of the table, despite only losing 1 match so far this season. The reason being, they have yet to win a match and have picked up 3 points by drawing 3 games. Verona have conceded goals in each of those games but can pleased to have held the likes of Roma and Torino at home. However, a trip to the San Siro, to play an in-form Inter is a different prospect.
Mancini will be keen to instil a sense of unbeatability in his team, ahead of some very tough fixtures in Serie A. Verona have been tough to beat but Inter seem to have the ability to grind out victories at the moment and should get another 3 points here.
