Celta Vigo vs Real Madrid Prediction and Preview – 24/10/15
La Liga preview – Celta Vigo vs Real Madrid prediction
Celta Vigo manager Eduardo Berizzo has no injury or suspension concerns ahead of this match and may opt to stick with the same starting XI from last weekend. The only issue is the pending suspension of midfielder Augusto Fernandez, who is one yellow card away from a ban.
Real Madrid still have a couple of big name players struggling with injury, namely Gareth Bale, Pepe and Karim Benzema. Out of the three, it’s the latter who has the best chance of featuring. With James Rodriguez and Mateo Kovacic also likely to miss the game, Isco and Casemiro will keep their places in the team.

Prediction
Even the most optimistic of Celta Vigo fans, would not have looked ahead to this fixture thinking it would have been between the top two teams in Spain. However, an unbeaten start to the season has seen Celta Vigo hold their own with the likes of Real Madrid, Barcelona and Atletico Madrid at the start of the season. Out of those three teams, it’s only the former who have scored more goals in La Liga than Celta Vigo and they got back to winning ways at Villarreal last weekend.
Real Madrid join Celta Vigo in being the only teams unbeaten in La Liga this season. That being said, all doesn’t seem well in the Real camp, with reports that Cristiano Ronaldo is unhappy on the focus being placed on not conceding goals, rather than scoring them. Perhaps this has shown in their last two competitive away games, where Real have only managed to score once. Still, at the back they are very solid, having conceded only 2 goals in La Liga this season.
Celta Vigo will be determined to hold on to their unbeaten record this season and the performances against Barcelona, Villarreal and Sevilla, show they have what it takes to win points against good teams.
