Bayer Leverkusen v VfB Stuttgart Prediction and Preview – 24/10/15
Bundesliga preview – Bayer Leverkusen v VfB Stuttgart prediction
Bayer Leverkusen manager Roger Schmidt will have Wendell at left back following suspension. Kevin Kampl may replace the injured Lars Bender with Bellarabi and Calhanoglu playing in the wide roles. Hernandez and Mehmedi should start with Steffan Kiessling failing to fire so far this season.
VfB Stuttgart will be without Christian Gentner who is likely to be replaced by Lukas Rupp again. Alexandru Maxim should continue to start on the left wing as Filip Kostic remains a doubt for the game. In attack Martin Harnik should expect to start with Daniel Ginczek out through injury in a blow for Stuttgart. The suspension for Geoffroy Die is a blow Alexander Zorniger could have done without.

Prediction
Leverkusen sit 7th in the table just outside the European places currently. Leverkusen are undefeated in their last 4 league games and a midweek draw with Roma in the Champions League finished 4-4. In the Bundesliga they are also undefeated at home since the first day of the season so should feel confident ahead of a visit from struggling Stuttgart.
Stuttgart picked up their second win of the season at home to Ingolstadt last weekend which was enough to lift them from the bottom of the table and out of the relegation zone. The team will be on a high as they are now undefeated in their last three games, two of which where away from home so a trip to Leverkusen will be something for the fans to look forward to.
Bayer Leverkusen at home will be tough for Stuttgart to break down. They showed during the week that they can score goals in Europe’s elite competition and I expect that trend to follow. Goals are the order of the day in this one.
