Schalke vs Bayer Leverkusen Prediction and Preview – 23/04/16
Bundesliga preview – Schalke vs Bayer Leverkusen prediction.
Schalke left-back Sead Kolasinac has served his one-match suspension and is expected to resume with Dennis Aogo returning to the bench. Centre-back Benedikt Howedes is closing on a comeback after returning to full training on Tuesday but may need more time to sharpen his fitness having been absent since mid-December. Central midfielder Leon Goretzka is another who needs more time while Serbian centre-back Matija Nastajic injured himself on his seasonal debut against Bayern Munich and also looks out of contention.
Andre Ramalho and Wendell are set to return to the Leverkusen back four after missing last weekend’s action due to suspension. Leading scorer Chicarito limped out of the match against Eintracht Frankfurt but is expected to be fit after joining training in midweek. Recently sidelined Lars Bender and central defender Omer Toprak should also be available giving coach Roger Schmidt are strong hand for the final push for a Champions League place.
