CSKA Moscow welcome the return of right wing-back Kirill Nababkin who missed the first leg through suspension. Coach Viktor Goncharenko has no new injury concerns, however Viktor Vasin and Mario Fernandes are no nearer making a come back and remain sidelined.

Goncharenko is expected to make changes to the side that lost at home to Dinamo Moscow on Monday with Kuchaev replacing Shchennikov while Golovin is pressing leading scorer Vitinho for a place in the starting eleven. Arsenal will be without Henrikh Mkhitaryan, who was injured in the first leg, and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang who is ineligible. Danny Welbeck scored twice and provided the assist in Arsenal’s 3-2 win against Southampton at the weekend and has a strong claim to start in Moscow.
