Prediction

Expect a classic Anfield atmosphere on Sunday for Jurgen Klopp’s first home game in charge of Liverpool, but Southampton will be no push-overs.

After being knocked out of the Europa league the Saints have turned their form around and are unbeaten in four games.

Liverpool on the other hand are at the start of a new era under Klopp and struggled to score against Tottenham Hotspur last week in their 0-0 draw. They might find themselves more vigorously tested this week though as they come up against a Southampton attack that has been scoring freely of late.
