Hannover will now be without centre forward Charlison Benschop due to a red card suspension, as well as winger Felix Klaus who recently picked up an abdominal injury. This means there will be a slight reshuffle up top with the likes of Karaman and Prib rotating positions, which isn’t a problem as they are both versatile. Hannover need to tighten up in defence or their poor start to the season will only decline further.
Considering Marco Reus has picked up a minor injury, Dortmund will probably play a 4-1-4-1 formation with slightly less of a focus on their wing play. Adnan Januzaj who is on loan from Manchester United could start the game on the right of midfield in his place. Dortmund have hardly rotated their defensive setup having deployed Julian Weigl in the defensive midfield position in every game. New signing Gonzalo Castro will be hoping he can start in that position.

Prediction
Hannover’s start to the season has been a polar opposite to Dortmund. They are lacking a prolific goal scorer and are struggling to find the correct formula in the centre of defence. If they fail to dampen Dortmund’s exuberance going forward I fear they’re in for another tough afternoon.
Alongside Bayern Munich Dortmund have made a flawless start to the new campaign, conceding just one goal. This is a phenomenal turnaround considering they were in the bottom half of the table for a big portion of last season. A win against Hannover is fully expected despite the absence of Marco Reus.
Dortmund have scored eleven goals in their opening three games, therefore there has to be goals. I can’t see Hannover getting a goal in this match.
