Prediction

Roma suffered their first defeat in six matches on the weekend, when they went down 1-0 at Inter Milan. Roma had scored in every match this season up to that point and have been one of the most entertaining sides to watch in Serie A. The same can be said in the Champions League, where Roma have yet to win a game but have been involved in some very exciting matches, including a 4-4 draw in Leverkusen last time out.

Bayer Leverkusen also saw their unbeaten run of six games come to and end on the weekend, as they lost 2-1 at fellow Champions League contenders Wolfsburg. Leverkusen are also scoring plenty of goals and have only failed to score in one of their last nine matches in all competitions. As it stands, Leverkusen sit second in Champions League Group E on 4 points and a win in Rome could all but secure qualification from the group.

Roma know they need to win this match and if they attack from the off, there could be plenty of goals, although nothing like the 4-4 in the reverse fixture.
