Inter vs Juventus Prediction and Preview – 18/10/15
Serie A preview – Inter vs Juventus prediction
Inter Milan are definitely without injured defender Nemanja Vidic and there are also doubts over midfielder Felipe Melo. With that in mind, Roberto Mancini could opt for a central midfield three of Geoffrey Kondogbia, Gary Medel and Fredy Guarin.
Juventus have doubts over a couple of key players following the international break. Striker Alvaro Morata and midfielder Paul Pogba returned to the club nursing injuries and remain doubtful for the game. Full-back Stephan Lichtsteiner is still missing with injury and joins Roberto Pereyra on the sidelines.

Prediction
It was a bad couple of weeks in Serie A for Inter Milan prior to the international break. Having lost 4-1 at home in the top of the table clash with Fiorentina, Roberto Mancini’s team could only pick up a point at his former club Sampdoria. Having previously been wining games by a single goal, that ability to grind out a result has seemingly gone although despite conceding those 4 goals to Fiorentina, Inter still have one of the best defensive records in the league.
So far this season, Juventus have performed well in the Champions League and poorly in Serie A and that will have to change soon, if they are to regain their title. The 3-1 win over Bologna last time out, was their first win in 3 Serie A matches and they have lost 2 of their 3 away games so far this season. Manager Max Allegri will be hoping Alvaro Morata and Paul Pogba are available because without them, Juventus are certainly a weaker team.
This match could see defences dominate, in what could develop in to a low scoring draw between two teams who do not want to lose.
