Prediction
Juventus defeated Roma 1-0 on Sunday to keep pace with Serie A leaders Napoli. The result extended their winning streak to seven games in all competitions and 12 straight wins against domestic rivals. Allegri’s side defeated Torino 4-0 at home and Lazio 1-0 in Rome to qualify for the two-legged semi-finals.
Inter have fallen back in the title race having picked up just two points from the last three league games. They defeated Cagliari 3-0 in Milan and won 2-0 in Naples to qualify. The lift from eliminating the league leaders in the quarter-final was lost when playing a draw at home to relegation-threatened Carpi at the weekend.
Juventus have the momentum at present but a goal in Turin for Inter could keep the tie alive for the second leg
