Fiorentina vs Roma Prediction and Preview – 25/10/15
Serie A preview – Fiorentina vs Roma prediction
Fiorentina are definitely without Gilberto and Marcos Alonso is rated as doubtful. If Alonso fails to make it, Manuel Pasqual could come in to play the left wing-back position. Paulo Sousa is expected to make plenty of changes from the team which played in the Europa League on Thursday night.
Roma still have three players unavailable for selection due to injury and they are Kevin Strootman, Francesco Totti and Seydou Keita. Manager Rudi Garcia may choose to make some changes at the back, considering Roma conceded 4 goals during their Champions League match in mid-week.
Possible Line-ups

Prediction
Fiorentina sit top of the Serie A table but have lost their last two matches, one in the league and the other in the Europa League. The defeat in Serie A was away to the in-form Napoli and although a disappointment, it should not detract from their excellent start to the season. Fiorentina have won all four of their home Serie A matches this season, scoring 8 goals without reply and will be aiming to keep that run going against Roma.
It was another real mixed bag of a match for Roma in the Champions League this week. Having been 2-0 down, they came back to a winning position at 4-2, only to concede two more goals and end up drawing the match 4-4. Although Champions League form may not be great, Roma have won their last three games in Serie A, scoring 12 goals in the process and have lost only one of their last eight matches in the league.
Roma will be no pushovers and have enjoyed extra time to prepare for this match. However, Fiorentina have been excellent at home in Serie A and could continue their fine winning run.
